Show Notes

Even though I'd sensed for a long time that something was off with our modern civilization, it wasn't until I became a mother that it all truly hit home.

In this episode I take you on an intellectual and emotional journey of the surprising things I discovered about what it means to be human on the way to parenthood.

At first my mind was blown when I realized how we had been SO wrong about what to eat to feel good (not to mention, make robust babies!).

And as if that wasn't enough, it also turned out most of us in today's world have grown up deprived of essential sensory and affectionate experiences — giving a whole new twist to our emotional troubles.

This is essential knowledge for anyone who's looking to make a difference for themselves and for the world, whether you're a parent or not!
