Today I have more energy and mental clarity at 45 than I ever did in my 20s.  

This goes against everything we’ve been told!

You’re supposed to get worn down with age, with pregnancies, with parenthood, with the stress of having your own business…  

And yet I’m living proof that it IS possible to feel better as we age.  

Along with a real food breakfast (that I covered in Ep 5), SLEEP is another huge one when it comes to modern health.  

In a culture that’s obsessed with busy-ness, it’s often so hard to just switch off and hit the sack.  But when we don’t, we go against our own physiology and make everything harder for ourselves, getting on the highway to burnout! 

In this episode I explain what happens when you miss even a little bit of sleep and how to easily start changing your nighttime habits pronto.  

Aging gracefully, and even feeling better than your younger years, IS possible... when you start giving your body what it really needs.
